We are pleased to share the highlights of another successful year for Argentum. The three exits in 2012, which resulted in significant distributions to our limited partners, bring the total number of profitable exits to seven in the last two years and 18 during the life of Argentum Capital Partners II, L.P. With this recent acquisition activity by our portfolio companies, Argentum has now supported 13 add-on acquisitions in the last two years, continuing to build value by pursuing a proactive buy-and-build investment strategy. As we enter the New Year, we continue to seek new investment opportunities as well as add-on acquisitions for our existing portfolio.
