Fleetworthy Acquires Viastar Fleet Compliance

Madison, WI – January 17, 2023 – Fleetworthy, the leading provider of cloud-based compliance, risk mitigation, and safety solutions for commercial fleets, has acquired Viastar, a Dallas, TX-based provider of fleet compliance solutions.

The acquisition adds an attractive portfolio of new strategic clients, solutions capabilities, and channel partners, on the heels of another consecutive year of record revenues and growth at Fleetworthy. Viastar extends Fleetworthy’s capabilities in commercial fleet licensing and permitting, deepens its relationships with financial institutions, and expands the company’s presence with the addition of a new office in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
