Ticketmaster Completes Acquisition of Paciolan

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif., Jan. 10, 2008  — Ticketmaster, the world’s leading ticketing company and an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), announced the company today completed its previously announced acquisition of Paciolan, a ticketing software provider based in Irvine, CA.
