Argentum is Seeking Environmental Services Companies

We are looking for add-on acquisitions for our portfolio company, EQM Technologies & Energy, Inc., a provider of environmental services to public and industrial sectors

Argentum is targeting companies in a variety of segments within the environmental and engineering services area which serve primarily commercial and industrial clients. Ideal candidates would have a particular focus on the following industry sectors: heavy industrial, pharmaceutical, utilities, process, energy, and food & beverage.

We have a broad interest in all environmental and engineering services providers, but in particular we are interested in companies that provide one or more of the following services:

• Remediation and Reclamation
• Air Quality Services and Source Emissions Testing
• Waste-to-Energy Engineering
• Landfill / Solid Waste Engineering
• Water / Wastewater / Storm Water Engineering
• Energy and Energy Efficiency Engineering
• Process Design and Engineering
• Construction Management and Design / Build Services
• Automation Design and Engineering
• Clean Energy Engineering

The opportunities that would be of most interest would exhibit the following criteria:

Founders and/or management teams willing to continue after acquisition
Annual revenues of at least $3 million, up to $25 million
EBITDA margins of 10% or better
